Delivery & Shipping Refund Policy

Delivery Time

Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email or text Notification to confirm your order details, including shipping and delivery estimates for each item. Once your item has prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email or Text notification with carrier and tracking information.

By Air Courier - Within 14 days
By Ship Cargo - Estimated exceed 30-45 days


What courier companies do we use?

1.  Your Order will be delivered to you via the service of a courier service company.

2. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier for delivery, you will receive a shipment notification email with an estimated delivery date. This is automatically calculated based on distance from the warehouse location to your address.

3.0 International Shipments

3.1 - Shipment charges are calculated according to the higher of actual or volumetric weight and any Shipment may be re-weighed and re-measured by related courier to confirm this calculation. Shipper shall pay or reimburse the courier for all Shipment charges, ancillary charges, duties and taxes owed for services provided by the courier or incurred by the courier on Shipper’s or Receiver’s or any third party’s behalf and all claims, damages, fines and expenses incurred if the Shipment is deemed unacceptable for transport.

3.2 - If a Shipment combines carriage by air, road or other mode of transport, it shall be deemed to have been carried by air.

3.3 - Custom Clearance: You are pre-paying for the postage charges of your consignment/s only. EasyParcel has no control over any customs queries or charges that may arise. Customs charges must be paid in addition by the receiver when delivery is made. EasyParcel reserves the right to pass these charges directly onto the person that placed the order. If you do not wish to pay the charges and the consignment is returned, all return charges will also be passed on. We shall not be responsible for any local customs charges, import taxes or duties, temporary import export charges, shipment return charges or any similar charge(s) incurred through our carriage and/or delivery of any Consignment and you must satisfy yourself as to whether any of these charges will become due, and if so in what amounts, before completing an order with us. If any such charges become due as a result of our carriage and/or delivery of a Consignment on your behalf and are charged to us by any competent authority you agree to reimburse us fully in respect of the same within 7 days of our demand.

That the dimensions and/or weight that we reasonably determine may be used for the purpose of the calculation of our charges;
We may charge any price difference to you in accordance with our current rates and may also charge an administration fee for correcting such underpayment/additional charges (together, “Additional Charges”);  Surcharge notice of shipment will be issued and issued before proceeding

For Order 3kg or less per delivery per location RM13
For Order more than 3kg per delivery per location RM13 for the first 3kg and RM2.00 for every additional  kg or any part there of
For Order on festive season or peak season Price based on the third party logistic company
East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak including Labuan)
For Order 3kg or less per delivery per location RM30.00
For Order more than 3kg per delivery per location RM30.00 for the first 3kg and RM9.00 for every additional kg or any part there of
For Order on festive season or peak season Price based on the third party logistic company

No delivery services shall be available on Sunday & public holidays.


REFUND

Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchases at our official platform. They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions, such as those in Ganda Kota product refund policy. Your placement of an order at the website ‘site’ constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order.


Return - Our Standard Exchange Policy

All products purchased at our site cannot be returned or exchanged under these Terms. Exceptions for exchange will be allowed for defective products only. If you believe that your product is defective, please call Ganda Kota Customer Service at +606-762-3278. If Ganda Kota determines, in its sole discretion, that the product is defective, you will be eligible to exchange your product. Ganda Kota reserves the right to test your defective products.

To send back a product eligible for exchange, simply follow the instruction of Ganda Kota Customer Service and send back your product with the original receipt and original packaging within 7 days of the date you receive the product. Your item needs to have the receipt to proof of purchase.


Cancel Order

You can request for cancellation within 1 day after the payment and order created. Your order will be cancelled immediately and we will process the refund.


Exchanges (if applicable)

Products replacement will be only applicable to defective products, products damaged at the time of received, and when incorrect products received.

You just need to send proof of the defective product to sales@gandakota.com


Refund

Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your replacement after inspecting the item. If the item you have purchased from Ganda Kota is faulty, damaged, inedible or defective, we will refund the purchase price or exchange the product.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund amount accordingly to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
